We have developed a fun little tradition for St. Patty's Day. It's a special day for us, because it just happens to be the day we got engaged! It didn't really happen that way on purpose. In fact, if you know the story, you know that I messed up Matt's grand plan of proposing to me in beautiful Colorado. But, instead it ended up happening in our family room on St. Patty's night, and it was just as great.
After we got engaged, we were just so excited to be getting married that we would come up with fun reasons to go out and do something together each night. One thing we did a lot of was stopping somewhere for beer and wings. And hence, it has become our tradition to do so on St. Patty's Day. This year we celebrated that it was 5 years ago we got engaged. How time flys!
