Trip to Pennsylvania 2015

I can't believe it's already been a month since we visited my sister in Pennsylvania, but it has! The trip was planned for shortly after Easter. Easter happened to be the point in time where Matt and I agreed to start getting out more with Spencer and letting people hold him. So, it was a bit humorous that we went from staying at home all the time and protecting Spencer from germs, to flying on an airplane and hanging out on the farm. But, it actually all worked out just fine.

Just like every parent, we worried our kids would be the ones having meltdowns on the plane, but they were fine. Carter was perfectly entertained with simply being on a plane, putting the tray up and down, turning the light off and on and looking out the window. Spencer charmed our neighbors, ate some snacks and then eventually slept.

While visiting, we enjoyed relaxing at the house and playing with the cousins. We also made our usual (multiple) trips to Chik-Fil-A and also visited the Erie Zoo. Carter even got to see an giraffe!

Also exciting - the Troyers got their new hot tub delivered while we were there, so we enjoyed some time soaking as well =)

We can't wait to see the Troyers again!
