- Carter is teething again and it looks like his two top teeth might be peeking through sometime soon. Check out the ridiculous photos below. It is nearly impossible to get a good shot of those teeth.
- Carter is nearly sitting up on his own.
- Carter is rolling over from his back to his stomach. I don't really know why he is doing this, because every time he does so, he starts fussing (he doesn't like being on his stomach). He has started doing it at night, which is even worse, because it requires us to get up at night and turn him back over. I think he just gets so excited that his legs get moving and before he knows it, he is on his tummy =)
- Carter is babbling and saying all sort of noises, coos and screetches. He is really working on the 'b' and 'm' sounds and most recently, he has started blowing bubbles.
- Carter now realizes we have a dog at our house! He starts smiling really big whenever Josie walks by, he reaches out to pet her, and any time he hears her dog collar shaking he starts looking everywhere for her.
- Carter loves standing up on people's laps. He stands, does squats and stands some more. He just loves standing. Any time he is fussy, try standing him up.
- Carter has great hand-eye coordination. He reaches for toys, put all sorts of things in his mouth, throws his toys all over the place and most recently, has started reaching for, and chewing on, his feet. So cute!
I read somewhere to try a frozen waffle for teething....didn't work too well...
